Interim Management

As an innovative success factor

Temporary use of experienced managers as interim managers has been an integrated part of human resource policies in other European countries and in the USA for many years now. They cover unplanned bottlenecks in human resources or are used for tasks for which qualifications are necessary, but the customer/company does not possess them to the extent required and they are not needed in the long run.. They work as line or project managers, are active as change managers, restructuring experts, crisis managers or also in business development and leave the customer/company after successful performance of the task - without frustration and additional costs.
In Germany too, the job description of the interim manager is becoming increasingly important.
